Objective
Streamlining and simplifying complexity.
The goal was to design Stak hub, a SaaS platform that digitises commercial real estate for agents, landlords, and asset managers, turning properties into actionable data. By streamlining workflows and simplifying adoption, the design needed to support Stak’s wide range of digital assets, including verified floor plans, CAD and Revit models, virtual tours, and marketing collateral.
The challenge was to create a tool that integrates seamlessly into diverse use cases like estate management, facilities planning, and transaction management, while offering a cohesive, intuitive experience for users across the commercial real estate industry.
ROLE & CONTRIBUTION
As the design lead, I developed the vision for Stak Hub and led the end-to-end design process for its launch. My responsibilities included defining the platform’s core user experience, crafting a cohesive interface to showcase Stak’s digital assets, and ensuring the product met the diverse needs of agents, landlords, and asset managers. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to deliver a solution that streamlined workflows, simplified asset access, and aligned with Stak’s broader mission to digitise commercial real estate.
